Here are 2 Cuban place I have been to.
El Siboney – Family style but always busy so be ready to stand in line. They have killer paella! Cost you around $15 to $20 per person.

El Meson de Pepe – Awesome black bean soup. Great music there as well. You can even enjoy a cigar. It is a little more pricey and will run you about $22 to $28 per person.

B.O.’s Fish Wagon – This place is a local legend. no shoe, no shirt, no problem. Will cost you around $10 to $15 per person.

Conch Republic Seafood Co. – Overlooks the seaport. Has a great view. A huge 80 foot bar with 30 kinds of rum. Fun happy hour and the service is quick. Kind of a touristy spot that and the food is just ok. Will run you around $25 to $30 per person.
