can anyone suggest a place i could go on a package holiday with more culture?

What about a city break like –
Italian cities, Prague, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Copenhagen
You’ll get plenty of culture in most cities
Try Morocco or Egypt. Neither are long haul, approx 4-5 hour flight, neither part of the EU, heaped in Culture and History and very cheap at the moment. Both currency’s not bad against the Pound, like the Euro is at the minute.
Tunisia is also nice, and in expensive etc. but I prefer the above two places.
