ideas for a trip to ibiza?

The island is really quite small so even at the furthest point away your never more than 20 mins in a taxis from Ibiza Town. As you are only there for a long weekend I’d stay in Ibiza Town or San Antonio Bay, which is outside of San An tucked around the corner with lovely beaches.
Please be aware though as there is no such thing as a quiet place in Ibiza in August – the island is PACKED every bar, every resturant, every hotel, every club is rammed so that’s something to consider. Personally I go in either May, June or September – its still full on but less busy.
The Pacha hotel is lovely, as is Hotel Royal Plaza but inAugust/high season they are pretty expensive, about 200 – 300 euros per night but there are are so many hotels on the island that there’s something for everyone, just depends on how much money you have to spend. You can stay in the Jet Apartsments in Playa den Bossa and they are pretty cheap but it shows. Check out the below website – it tells you everything you need to know about Ibiza.

I stayed in club paraiso which was nice and each morning we woke up with the sound of music..it was quite gentle not heavy rave lol
If it’s just you and your friend, get one apartment…it has 2 sofas which turn into beds and a shower and bath
the staff are lovely and have a strict policy about music after 1am..
Don’t pay for a booze cruise though…it’s simply not worth it..don’t let the reps talk you into it being free drink…it’s blue crap that tastes like ****
Also Space is a complete waste of money…it’s good for a few hours but it is so expenisve 10 euro for a bottle of bud
Also i have to recommend Cafe Mambo at sunset…it is fantastic and the scenery is to die for..
I also recommend the waterpark beside Space…it is so much fun..tickets are available for 50 euro at any hotel
