Forever. If you still have your passport, you would have to apply for a visa to the country your going to visit.

If a person is convicted of a felony here in the USA that conviction stays on his/her record for LIFE. Now, does that prevent him/her from leaving the country to go on vacation or holiday, well I don’t know the answer to that, Sorry.
He’ll have to obtain a visa from the country he wants to visit
