Where is there to go on holiday near christmas that is Hot but affordable? CHEAP?

To be very honest, i think somewhere near as possible to keep plane ticket prices low is good, but somewhere like the south of france will still be damn expensive coz of the acommodation costs- they’re huge! Spain i think is the best option

My favorite spot is Fort Myers Beach, Florida or Sanibel Island, Florida. This area has nothing but the beach, so the expense is not that bad. There are plenty of hotels on the beach, all for great rates, warm, relaxing, the Gulf of mexico is very warm and there are cheap beach activities and food, all around inexpensive. Plane tickets are cheap for that kind of area through delta, american airlines, and USA3000
Canaries probably your best bet; not exactly hot, but around the low twenties. The weeks just before Xmas are usually cheap, but prices shoot up over the holiday period. European destinations will not match these temperatures in December.
South Florida is a great holiday in the winter!
