travel sickness?

Smilely978 asked:

I have only traveled in the US. I am from the Northeast. Everytime I travel out of the Northeast, I always (and I mean always) get sick (sore throat, cold, flu) for a week into my vacation. It is not motion sickness. Am I getting sick from the recycled air in the in the airplane? I am planning on going to Asia this summer and I really do not want to get sick and have it ruin my vacation again. My immune system is fine. It only goes bad when I travel. Any advice or reason as to why this is happening to me?

Talk to doc. They should be able to give the right information and any medication you need to avoid the problem.

Do you get nervous before traveling? maybe is a mental thing showing physically, if it’s a cold then prepare yourself take 1,000 mg of vitamin C every day a week before traveling, carry with you an antibacterial gel and use it often.
