Have a list of cities, places, sights, sporting events etc that you wish to see and/or attend and book accordingly. The only agency which I can recommend and have used personally for sports+hotels+flights is Sports Travel Tours, the website can be found below. They are based in the United Kingdom and always advertise in the the american football magazine 'First Down'. Personally I would recommend booking everything yourself, as this is so much cheaper.
