Upgrade on Thomson short haul flights?

xxjadeambuh asked:

I was wondering if anybody knew if there were any upgrades available on Thomson short haul flights so that the passenger can have a 33 seat pitch and a headrest tv set. Basically, is there a cabin at the front of the plane which has the facilities of a long haul Thomson flight?

Last year we had a long haul plane for a short haul holiday (Corfu) and the time flew by, it was a great added extra that was totally free and now we want this option again if possible :P If there is an upgrade, prices would be nice to know, too. Thanks for the help (:

I think you can class yourself as being very lucky on that flight to Corfu. I’ve flown twice on short haul flights with Thomson recently and the only way one could enjoy extra legroom was to pay around £15 per person, per flight for a seat either at the front of the plane or by an emergency exit.
The normal seat pitch on their short haul flights is 28, and there are TV screens, on the ceiling of the plane, at intervals of about every 4 or 5 rows.
There is a link to their seating services below.

    No.

Upgrades are not avalable as the Thomson shorthaul fleet of aircraft all only have economy class seats on board.

Upgrades are only avalable long haul.
