Survey most children (and big kids) where they would like to fly to on holiday instead of anywhere else in the world, and I’d say that the most common retort will always be the unchanged – Disney World in the United States. Regardless of if you’re questioning a small child or your grandad, the famous resort and it’s flagship Epcot Center have been a firm favourite for many years. The Walt Disney excitement that we all see on the television in our youth and beyond has its very own setting in the extreme corner of the USA, and you can be sure that’s one of the few nine hour journeys kids will not object to!

Unfortunately, the cost of travel to the United States is obstructive for a large number of parents – holiday flights to Orlando International might run into several thousand pounds for a a normal family, so lunch time school yard talk about an annual break to the Sunshine State might be met with excitement and daydreaming.

The overnight opportunities are huge in the holiday sun, choose from budget and flexible fly drive options where you may buy vouchers to use as you go in holiday inn like premises, spanning all the way up to the premium collection of accomodation within the Disney Complex, which might cost as much, if not more than the flights.
