I recommend taking a plane. It’s faster, easier, and much less risk of ending up in the ocean waters. Especially with children. I have two children of my own, a girl 3 and a boy1, and it would scare the daylights out of me to have them on a ferry where they could fall overboard. I refuse to even take them on a cruise ship until they are adults.
