What are some family things to do in L’Isle, Callac in Brittany, France?

Paige__ asked:

Things like theme parks, zoos and family day trips. Preferably not more than 45/60 minutes away. Thanks!

Rather confused by your question as there are three Callac’s in Brittany, one is a small village in the Montagnes Noires near Carhaix- Plouguer, another is an even smaller village about 16 kilometres noth of Vannes. Then lastly there is a third, an extrmely small commune, between Pontivy and Corlay. Add to the there is a fourth Callac to the north of St.Nazaire that some think mistakenly is in Brittany, unfortunately that one is in Loire Atlantique.

If you advise which of the four is your holiday destination I will assist you.

L’isle near Callac is a peaceful rural location on the Côtes d’Armor near the town of Guimgamp. It is less than an hour from the coastal beaches and the port of Saint Brieuc. It is mostly well known for its breeding centre for Breton spaniel dogs.

For children or family entertainment in that part of Brittany there is a Gaul village:
    and Armoriparc:
There is a Zoo at Trégomeur:
