But one of them does not want it to be VERY hot however i like the heat so we are looking for a happy medium.
We also want the club/drinking age to be maximum 17.

try Livingstone, Zambia. In August, the weather is fairly moderate (probably only around 25-30c).
flights cost about £600/£700, but shop around, you may find it cheaper to go directly through the airline.
alcohol wise, they are very lax there- I have never known anyone to be refused alcohol in the time that I have spent there (total of 7 months)
They also do great booze cruises that are fairly cheap- and you can drink as much as you like whilst watching the wildlife and the sunset!!
